MARI JOHNSON

Mari is a PhD student working at the Oxford Vaccine Group developing systems serology approaches to understand and predict vaccine responses in clinical trials, including Typhoid Fever. She identifies as queer and is involved in the University LGBTQ community as her college LGBTQ rep. Mari completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Bristol, graduating in Cellular and Molecular Medicine, with a speciality in infection and immunology. Alongside science, Mari enjoys written science communication as well as a range of creative writing and spoken word poetry
